windfarm_ethiopiaOctober 2008 – Addis Ababa.  Africa’s largest wind farm is under construction in this mountainous area of northern Ethiopia.  The entire installation is scheduled to be completed in early 2011 and will have a projected 120 megawatt capacity.  That will be a contribution of approximately 15% of the nation’s total electric power.  Up until now, Ethiopia has relied totally on hydroelectric power plants, also a renewable source of energy, but severe droughts in recent years have diminished electric production and prompted the search for alternative energy sources.

With the successful implementation of this project, there will be an expanded effort to install even larger wind farms in strategic locations, not only in Ethiopia, but also in other developing nations.africa_sunset2

  13. I would say start out by doing a moderate to intense cardio and weight routine. Drink a lot more water, switch to baked, broiled, and grilled foods and only have fast food and fried foods like 3-5 times a month. Another big thing in doing your cardio is to make sure that you really get a good sweat, then mix weight training in because it really helps to burn calories. Since you want your inner thighs to be more shapely and not touching when you’re doing your weight training do exercises such as squats, leg presses, lunges, and if your gym has those hip and thigh abductor machines please use them when you do your lower body work out. Remember there’s no such thing as spot training, it’s all or nothing even though certain parts of your body will lose weigh quicker than others it’s a whole body transformation. I hope this helps.
